They will help you collect medical records and imaging for distribution to qualified surgeons in your network.  After review, surgeons report their past experience with the procedure. You will review a dashboard of highly qualified surgeons with their outcomes specific to your condition.

Best of all, you pick your surgeon.

The SurgiQuality concierge is your assistant who will help you every step of the way. They help gather and upload the medical records and imaging and present the options of surgeons. They can assist with scheduling appointments, out-of-town travel arrangements and local care back at home.

The concierge assigned to you will stay with you through the entire process.

Your employer will advise you on how to contact SurgiQuality. You can begin the process by gathering the following medical records. Best of all, you pick your surgeon.

1. The office visit notes from the physician who recommended a procedure.
2. Any CDs that contain files of imaging studies.
3. Any laboratory studies you had that pertain to the surgery.

If you are not sure how, your SurgiQuality concierge will assist you.

The records are sent for review to surgical specialists with areas of interest specific to your condition.

Choose your surgeon based on what is most important to you. Patients have different priorities. You get to choose whether it is based on cost, experience or location.

All surgeons are board certified or eligible and licensed in their state.
